Refund and Cancellation Policy

Managed Hosting is billed monthly at $69 per month. There is no setup fee.

You can cancel anytime before the next billing period from the account portal or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a partially used billing period.

Refunds for partially used billing periods are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case, unless required by law. If you believe there was a billing mistake, contact support as soon as possible.

Canceling Managed Hosting does not delete your public Roomie Kit codebase or customer-owned Vercel, Supabase, Agora, or domain accounts. Those services are billed separately by their providers.
